*Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee. I provide dermatology services to adult and pediatric patients. We accept all major insurances, including Aetna, Connecticare, Anthem BC/BS, Healthnet, Medicare, Cigna, Northeast Healthcare/HMC PPO, and Multiplan/PHCS which covers numerous smaller plans. We do not accept Medicaid or state sponsored insurance plans. Please plan to arrive to your appointment ten minutes ahead of schedule.
