Good listener but did not offer much insight or advice.
Can't recommend highly enough. Has been a fantastic help and structures treatments around my specific needs. Additionally she was particularly great in the often uncomfortable "getting started" period of therapy.
I was hesitant to start therapy but Dr. Kopp-Smith really made me feel at ease. I feel like she listens and responds honestly and thoughtfully. She pushes me in a way that feels comfortable and is leading to growth.
