The path to therapy varies greatly from person to person: a quest for a deeper understanding of the self and the world around you, a response to an immediate
crisis or life transition, or a desire to overcome ongoing obstacles that stand in the way of your goals and life satisfaction. Whatever your journey to therapy may be, I provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment in which to explore long-standing patterns, personal perceptions, family experiences and current situations, offering the opportunity to increase self-awareness and pursue greater personal fulfillment in your relationships, career, and other areas of life.
The foundation of my practice is an empathic, supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques and frameworks in order to meet your individual needs including but not limited to psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), attachment-based, relational and mindfulness based therapies.
In addition to working with individual adults and adolescents around a wide range of issues (pre/postnatal, parenting, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions) I also work with couples and families. I am available for free phone consultations to discuss any questions/concerns.
