I highly recommend this provider. In the past, I’ve had psychiatrists who asked minimal questions and ended video visits within minutes, without truly understanding who I am or what I’m going through. This provider is completely different. She takes the time to gather a thorough medical history and understand current personal concerns before making any medication decisions. She genuinely wants to know what led you to seek care in the first place. She encourages coping mechanisms and other outlets rather than immediately prescribing medication after a brief conversation. She also checks in to see whether current medications are actually working and discusses adjustments that could improve quality of life. She’s the first psychiatrist I’ve had who requested past lab work to ensure overall and continued health.

Dr. Okuji has been so amazing and a pleasure to work with. I feel comfortable speaking to her about my concerns and needs. She has helped me to manage my adhd symptoms tremendously. She listened and cares which is what I needed in a provider. Highly recommend
