I thought it was a good place at first until she acted and SAID “everyone in the world has what YOU have” as a provider dealing with MENTAL HEALTH, that was very unacceptable . I walked out of that office crying and feeling alone . It took me years to get a diagnosis. You should never diagnose someone and months later say that their symptoms are invalid to the symptoms you have ON paper for the diagnosis, so now you want to screen again… DO NOT DIAGNOSE IF YOU ARE NOT SURE . Everyone is in fact DIFFERENT and can show different signs. I walked in to my appointment motivated and ready to speak to her and I walked out with a referral.

The service was good but slightly unorganized. I was sent to the wrong location which was 30 minutes further away from the correct location. I also had a very hard time finding the office because the map has them under a different name. I had two nurses doing my weight and BP which felt like a lot, but they were nice and efficient. I saw a student psychiatrist and then later, I think the actual doctor came in. Not necessarily an issue overall but not ideal either. Overall I feel the care was comprehensive just slightly unorganized.

She listened so well and talked me through everything. I felt like she was a real, genuine person, much further than just a doctor doing their job. She gave me a hug when I walked out!
