Haven’t seen the bill yet to judge about the ultimate cost, but everything else about my first visit was good to very good. I was relieved to find that there was an elevator installed to get to their second floor offices. This is a mere afterthought for the able-bodied but not for physically handicapped parties like myself.
Overall I would definitely recommend their services to anybody.

Reception was friendly, first met with a tech who did my X-rays and scanned my teeth to make a mock up for Invisalign treatment (I did not request this). Dr came in, told me I should get Invisalign then proceeded to measure my gums. She prodded while telling the assistant what she observed. I heard discussion between them about the state of my teeth, then the Dr left and the assistant cleaned my teeth. I did not speak to the Dr AT ALL aside from declining Invisalign. I requested to speak with her, they asked her to come back, and she refused, telling the receptionist to come talk to me instead. The receptionist asked if the Dr answered my questions and was shocked when I told her I hadn't spoken to her at all. The asked the Dr to come over once more to which she refused and the assistant decided to speak to me about the condition of my teeth instead. Do not recommend.

It went smoothly and they were all very nice. I felt like they were very pushy with selling invisalign or whatever its called. I have very straight teeth with some minor imperfections. Its definitely not needed. And when I said no I felt like they were being too persistent. Also I 100% know I didnt need it. No is no. I don't appreciate product pushing.

A fantastic team, including a periodontal surgeon that was in the office to perform my recommended dual wisdom tooth extraction with expertise. It took less time than the booking and cleaning, which were all expertly handled. I will be back to this dentist.

In general I don’t like to go to the dentist because it increases my anxiety. But I wasn’t at all feeling any anxiety around her when she was cleaning my teeth. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and I’m always nervous to go. Dr. Gula was very nice and listened to everything I said. She took X-rays and then came back with a printout of my plan of care before proceeding with the next steps. I’m very uncomfortable with dental visits of any kind and without saying anything to her, she kept checking in on me throughout the visit to make sure I was feeling/doing alright.

The best experience I’ve had with a dentist’s office! From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist herself it was a friendly and professional experience. They were very informative and went above and beyond to help me understand my insurance coverage.

She is very professional and personal she took x-rays and pictures and she showed me everything and explained everything in detail and told me the pros and cons about what is needed to be done and even got a model of a tooth to show me what was going to be done then even showed me the 2 different examples and options for my crown and showed me in detail the difference in price from start to finish there very transparent here I like that I left my dentist of 20 yrs to come here plus the location can't be beat I highly recommend her
