I was hesitant to start therapy as I grew up not really believing it was necessary for people, after my friend convinced to try one session and go from there. After Finding Alexa on zoc doc I booked my first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and helped guide me through it the first few sessions. After some time working with Alexa I've definitely come to realize things about myself I wasn't really aware of, Alexa is amazing and helped make my journey as easy and comfortable as possible.
