Comprehensive Dental Science (CDS) (formerly named Comprehensive Dental Specialists) is a historic multi-specialty dental practice founded in 1979 by Dr. George Shelby White and Dr. James McIntosh. Its presence in the community has been foundational, in that it would produce some of the leading dental minds in various specialties for decades. In June 2020, Dr. L. Bilal Beckles gladly accepted the opportunity to take CDS into a new era of comprehensive and holistic dental health back to his hometown of Harlem, NY, providing restorative healthcare through a solid prosthodontic, airway-driven approach. “It takes a Village of professionals to Heal a patient…” is his vision of the next phase of healthcare.
