I graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1991, and for more than 30 years provided chiropractic care using a wide variety of hands‑on techniques, ranging from very gentle to firm and corrective. Every patient has different needs, so whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, spinal rehabilitation, or ongoing maintenance, I create a care plan tailored specifically to you.
For added convenience, house calls are available, and care is offered 7 days a week by appointment.
Techniques & Therapies
I use a blend of traditional and modern chiropractic approaches to support comfort, mobility, and long‑term healing, including:
Spine and Extremity Adjustments – Gentle to firm techniques based on your comfort and clinical findings
Custom Orthotics – Designed to improve gait biomechanics and support structural balance
Electrotherapy – Helps reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle tension
Cold Laser Therapy – Supports tissue healing and reduces irritation
Spinal Rehabilitation Exercises – Targeted movements to restore strength, stability, and function
Postgraduate Training & Areas of Focus
My postgraduate studies include extensive training in:
