I set an appointment 1 hr 15 min away to be with this specific ophthalmologist. I ended up seeing another doctor. If I knew that, I would have never set the appt. None of my questions were answered, my eye was never looked at.

Completed all the paperwork prior to arrival. Six text messages and two calls to confirm my appointment. Including a threat of a $XXX charge if I didn’t show up. After much back and forth when I arrived, I was told my appointment was canceled because I had visited once within the past year. Can I send a bill for $XXX for wasting my time?

Did not get an appointment Dr Ly Nguyen, it was with another Dr, who was not interested in answering our questions. Then was told Dr Nguyen was the only one that did the surgery and make an appointment with her. Went to the front desk and was informed that Dr Nguyen won’t be back in the office until April! Currently, have an appointment with Dr Nguyen on April 14, only to discuss surgery. Who knows when surgery will actually be scheduled. Planning on finding another Ophthalmologist to go to.

I will definitely go back I think staff were very friendly and understanding! They explained everything prior to doing it. My only issue was the wait time. I arrived shortly before my 10:30 appointment and waited for 40 nearly 50 minutes! Definitely booking my next appointment a different day in the week, but overall a great experience.

Dr. Ny is extremely competent as well as compassionate. She explained everything fully and took the time necessary to ensure my exam was complete, her diagnosis and next steps were clear and understood and she treated me with kindness and respect. I would recommend her highly.

This office runs efficiently; the length of my wait was attributable to there being only one doctor in office that day. I was escorted through the usual testing and evaluation by competent and friendly staff, and was then finally evaluated by the doctor. This system ran smoothly and, although my time with the doctor was short, she addressed all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen without reservation.

It's a little difficult to get a hold of the receptionists when calling. At times they don't even answer...zocdoc luckily makes it easier to schedule appointments without having to call. The staff themselves are rather nice, Amy is pretty sweet! As well as a couple others I don't recall their names but they're extremely helpful and funny. Dr. Nguyen is great at what she does as well as Dr. Flores, and they'll continue to be my opthalmologists

Staff is friendly. Dr. Nguyen rushed and spent little time with me. The whole process is just an assembly line . When your done with the first station, you go to the next and wait again and so on. I was there years ago and it was a much better experience than this one.

Dr. Nguyen is very kind. Although the practice is very busy the staff are extremely organized.
Dr. Nguyen covers the delivery of medical information using medical terminology. Dr. Nguyen doesn’t tell you what yo want to hear she tells you what is best for your long term health in a professional manner. Dr. Nguyen is friendly but she doesn’t waste your time. She give it to you straight and although the information I received I wasn’t too thrilled about it needed to be addressed.
That’s a trait of a solid medical professional.
I’ve have vision problems for years. I made the mistake of booking appointments with optometrist thinking I needed glasses. I had no idea my medical insurance covers the medical side of eye health. My primary care physician strongly advised I schedule an appointment with an MD ( Medical Dr) to conduct a full eye health examination.
I studies reviews and Dr. Nguyen has the best reviews. If you’re looking for a medical Dr to assess you eye health Dr. Nguyen is a solid Dr.
The billing office has a wonderful lady named Carmen and she is very educated on insurance claims.
Be for warned the office is busy. Book the first appointment of the day and you’ll have a pleasant experience. Appointments later in the day can end up with a wait due to the Drs make sure all patients are well informed. The office is vigorously sanitizing the equipment and requirements are in place for the safety of the staff and patients.
You will be seen by multiple staff members trained in specific duties.
My experience with the front desk was pleasant.
Keep in mind they will require you to be on time and have all your documentation for insurance.
Don’t expect them to do the research for you because they are on a schedule and it is the patients responsibility to arrive organized and able to present their insurance information.
Just as a patient expects the office to be organized there is a mutual accountability that the patients are as well. Over all my expectations were met.
