At your first visit you will receive a complete evaluation of the injury and surrounding areas, looking for deficiencies and weaknesses that could have factored into the injury taking place. All therapy sessions are one-on-one and programed for each individual-- no cookie cutter treatments.
We don't believe in just putting ice and hot packs on patients. We use cutting edge techniques based on the latest research to heal your body and impairments. Prescribed exercises are combined with hands on therapy at each session. These exercises will help you strengthen weakened areas, and our manual treatments will improve flexibility and mobility thus decreasing the risk of future injury.
