None of the office staff were wearing masks and when asked the reason for not wearing masks, I was told that the doctor believed in social distancing rather than masks and NONE of them were practicing social distancing. Felt the staff & doctor be partial to people of color. Rather than addressing my problem I was being forced to get a special kind of facility that they were trying to sell. Will not recommend to anyone in future.

Dr. Brown and his staff were not wearing masks and not practicing social distancing at all. When I asked why no one on the staff was wearing masks I was told by Dr. Brown that there is no scientific evidence that masks help against COVID and that's why they were practicing social distancing...which they were not. There were 3 receptionists sitting at the desk at one point all within 2 feet from each other and the doctor was sitting about 3 feet away from me while telling me this. I was told if it would make me more comfortable that the staff could wear masks around me, but that it doesn't really do anything....we are in the midst of a global pandemic and it is reprehensible that there is a doctor out there actively encouraging people to not wear masks. Would absolutely not recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Brown is treating my issue holistically which is what I was looking for. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Today (9-15-2020) was my 1st visit and Dr. Brown and I will treat my issue as partners.

My visit was awful. The front desk team was really nice but I waited a long time. The doctor had a nurse practitioner ask me a series of questions that was inconsistent with what I came for. She was nice as well but the doctor was very condescending. I was left waiting and waiting for him until finally I told the front desk I had to leave for another appointment. He came out and talked to me in the hall not in a room. Was loud condescending and it was very embarrassing. He told me I had IBS and he hadn’t even examed me or taken any tests. He was extremely rude and I wish I never was exposed to this very unprofessional experience.

I do not understand what is going on in this office. I went there for a knee pain and they offered to do a blood test which i was told it was no charge to me. they charge my insurance unimaginable for test that were of no use to anyone. I have been getting bills from different places that i don't recognize. Its almost a year from my visit and i just got a bill again.

Dr was professional enough, but he spent a lot of time trying to sell me stuff. It was like he had a side business of selling supplements right there in the office and sat me down for half an hour talking about it before I was done. I thought he would be a regular doctor, but not quite.

After my two appointments there, I would recommend Dr. Brown and his staff to anyone. Everyone in that office is polite and welcoming and ready to answer any questions you may have. Dr Brown's methods may be a little different from the more conventional doctors you find, but I liked that. Both he and his team are concerned about whatever ailments brought you into the office as well as your overall health and functionality. They genuinely want you to get you feeling better and help your achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I would not recommend to anyone. Pushes one agenda and thats HIS. Will try and push a multi level marketing product down your throat on every visit. Also will not listen to your concerns and needs as a general patient. Very poor service overall and absolutely no concern for patients.

Dr. Brown is very friendly and professional. I like that he really sits down and has a conversation with you. He asks you well-rounded questions and slowly drills in to narrow down what may be causing your discomforts. Staff is also very friendly. Overall a very comfortable environment.

When I arrived the staff had know idea I completed my paper work on ZocDoc. I had to go over all the info again. Finally pulled up my pdf of the docs and provided so things could move along quicker. Waited over an hour for Dr. Brown and when he finally arrived, I didn't get an apology, I got a burp. I guess I interrupted his breakfast. He proceeded to give me a peep talk about my conditions, similar Ray Lewis before Ravens game. This was prior to me explaining my history (I was new patient). When I finally was given a turn to talk, that is when Doc started typing on his Mac and gave me know eye contact tell I stopped talking. Don't think he heard a word. Last but not least, he started his pitch of BioTE prior to any blood work or finding out if I had low T. I would be concerned on my long term care.
