The provider contacted us before the appointment to let me know of any missing paperwork. She was accessible and friendly and very helpful. During the appointment she put us at ease immediately. She asked important diagnostic questions. She also was very open to any questions that my adolescent child had.she’s reassuring and professional. Teena is amazing! I was honestly skeptical having an online provider - I’d never used Zocdoc, and only had in person provider that I met w virtually on occasion. My main goal was to get an online provider while I moved so it would give me time to find someone on our new city. I was so pleasantly surprised - she was so easy to talk to and open up to, which we know is hard to do with a new provider. She said she was available via text, which is nice. It’s always hard to go through 3 people to get a message to your provider. I definitely would recommend Teena 100%!!!
