Hi! I am licensed in New Jersey and New York and have been providing psychotherapy services for 25+ years. I am also certified as a Clinical Telemental Health Provider and Integrative Mental Health Professional. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the progress and growth of my clients. My extensive training allows me to support clients who have experienced significant distress, helping them to reclaim their lives. I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress, ADHD, Grief, Low Self-Esteem, Women’s Issues, Relationship Difficulties, Career Challenges and General Life Transition Challenges. My approach integrates various modalities such as Somatic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Each client's journey is unique and I'm devoted to providing personalized care that respects individual needs.
