Definitely seems like a place where the doctors do take u seriously... only problem I do have is them not being able to find test results from exams that I had performed there... not sure if that's a reoccurring thing for them but I hope it's a problem that can be fixed

Dr. Inna Tovbina Showed great proffesionalism in the service provided to me upon my visit... She was very friendly and had excellent customer service... She was sure to ask me all of the necessary questions needed to assess my conditions as well as thoroughly checking me physically... She was also sure to set me up with other further appointments so that way I can have all of my medical ailments checked as well... Dr. Inna is doing a fabulous job and I am glad I picked her specifically to be my PCP

The doctor was nice, but the nurse that also spent a lot of time with me had a cold demeanor which made me uncomfortable. However, I think the doctors office left much to be desired. The waiting area was seemed run down and had a terrible stench...and the area where I met with the nurse and had my blood drawn was the size of a closet, it was littered with papers and supplies everywhere. It did not feel very sanitary.
The bathroom's soap dispenser was not working, which makes me question the hygiene of the people working there. Because I also asked to use the sink in another room, but the soap dispenser there was watered down with very little soap...this is a doctor's office! I think having soap should be a requirement!

Stay away from this doctors office if you want a reliable doctor with a good bed side manner. Only one woman in the whole staff was friendly with me. All the others were rude and impatient. I've had multiple appointments now and still no treatments for my issues. With these multiple appointments I haven't had a wait time under an hour (2 hours on my last appointment) just to get out of the waiting room. Once you get to see the doctor she is as short, rude, non-informative, and impatient as all the other staff. All of the questions I asked were answered as short and uninformative as possible. All she is good at is pushing you to see other colleagues in the office and getting offended when you say no. I will be finding a new doctor and advise anyone looking for a doctor to stay away.

Horrible experience. There was not enough sits in a waiting room so some patients had to stay for more then an hour while waiting to be admitted. Dr. Tovbina spent 5 minutes with me asking general questions (family illnesses, etc.) for her survey and entering my answers to her computer typing with one finger (!). That was it. No recommendation, no treatment. She just recommended me to see two specialists at the same office but all my attempts to make an appointment with them were not successful. Kristina at the reception was not able to schedule any appointment and promised to call me in 3 days. Never did. In 4 days I called her to remind about myself, she promised again but I have never herd from her since then. I came to this "doctor" a week ago with the severe pain and still got no help!
