I provide an integrative therapeutic approach which includes traditional and evidence-based treatment methods. This integration allows me to develop
individualized treatment plans rooted in clients’ unique goals and needs.
Although I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, I primarily draw from Psychodynamic Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), which is closely related to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). While employing technique from these methods, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space within which we can explore root causes of problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, with the intent of working together to develop healthy thoughts and effective coping mechanisms.
