Good session, it was very comfortable speaking with Dr. Maurino. I was contacted by phone and mail to complete the forms. Also couple minutes prior the session to check technical details about the video conference.

Jim Maurino is a practical man with a deep reservoir of empathy. He convinced me of what was real about myself and the people around me, and what was maladaptive behaviour and perceptions. Talking with him was like a conversation with someone I trusted enough to be fully honest with so that I could talk about the most uncomfortable parts of life, and then gave me the tools to overcome my discomfort so that I could heal and grow. I ended my time with Jim with my perception greatly widened, and in ways I would not have allowed myself to hope for on my own. He truly understands the human experience and what to foster in a person. Don't get me wrong, he's not a magician and you still have to do the work, but he's the best coworker I've had on my mental health journey.
