Kimberlly Velez

My goal is to provide a safe space for women to express themselves and be heard. Whether you are a new mother, someone experiencing relationship issues, or entering into your golden years, I am here to uplift and encourage you. My motto is 'Nurturing the Mind, Elevating the Woman'. I graduated from Adelphi University where I received my Masters in Social Work in 2015. I have experience with a wide range of populations as a domestic violence counselor and a medical social worker. During our sessions, we will reflect on your experiences and develop a plan for you to help you through these difficult life stages. Your physical and mental safety is my top priority. Using a strengths based approach, clients will be able to overcome adversity and gain peace of mind. Life transitions can be difficult at any age. Together we will identify your internal strengths as well as the ones in your community that will help you achieve your goals.
