The folks at KindlyMD really know how to take care of a patient that’s looking for unbiased care. I’ve been seeing Tim Pickett as my provider for over a year now, and he continuously makes the patient experience better with every visit. The atmosphere is inclusive and caring, and allows for me to be myself when visiting a provider of care. I was encouraged to speak my mind and speak freely about my health. Don’t be afraid to talk about what’s wrong! They even have the ability to incorporate behavioral health services into the visit, something you don’t see other clinics. Thanks for the wonderful care! I finally found a provider who would accept my insurance...I had been turned down by other clinics! Nick listened and investigated and got me a referral to TOSH. He was friendly and concerned and didn't make me feel like an old lady who didn't deserve his time...

I have delt with chronic pain for over 12 years now. I always feel like all doctors want to do is throw pain pills at me or treat me like I am just another patient to get through so they can rush onto the next. I have been seeing Nick Layton for a few months now and every time I enter the office the front desk team - Alex and Asia, are so kind! They even remember my name. I have never felt like I am a bother. I actually feel like I am family when I come to this office. Nick has started helping me find other ways to combat my chronic back pain. I have been able to reduce my opioid use by implementing some yoga and stretching into my daily routine as well as plant-based medicine!!! I love this office and I feel so blessed to have found a place that makes me feel like they truly care!!

KindlyMD knows how to take good care of their patients. I only had to wait for a few minutes before my appointment. I would advise having all of your paperwork filled out before you arrive... it made my checkin process super smooth. The provide, Nick, listened to the issues I was having and had great recommendations. I would definitely recommend KindlyMD to anyone looking for healthcare needs that focus on the me as the patient. It's also a great place for medical cannabis and they were very thorough with the education around getting my medical card and learning what plant-based medicines could be good for me to try!

Shane was absolutely amazing. I cannot praise him enough. 15/10. Ten thumbs way way up. I often feel like doctors aren’t listening or don’t believe me, but Shane was the opposite of that. I’ve started trying to see APRNs or NPs if at all possible because they have real life, bedside experience where doctors don’t. MDs often don’t seem to understand that things don’t always go the way books taught them they should. The best thing about Shane was when he said “I believe you”. Those words are so powerful, and I think women seeking healthcare are often made to feel like they’re just hysterical. Shane didn’t make me feel that way at all. Shane was the best provider I’ve seen in a long time. I’ll be sticking with Shane from now on. Cut the crap, stop playing the games with other doctors and just come to Shane.

Shane is an awesome provider and a patient advocate! He listened to my concerns and understood where I came from. He explained to me what was going on in terms I could understand. I appreciate the time he took to understand my health. I will be seeing him again in the next few months for my follow-up visit!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Michael Woodhead, NP, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Michael has a remarkable ability to connect with his patients, making you feel valued and heard.
His thoroughness during the assessment process was impressive; he took the time to ask insightful questions, and provide detailed explanations regarding my health. Michael’s approach is not only professional but also deeply compassionate, which made a potentially stressful visit far more comfortable.
I have decided to make him my primary care physician.
