Dr. Laurence Haber is a board certified neurologist located in Great Neck, NY. He is board certified through the American Board of Neurology & Psychiatry and
the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology . He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology. He has been in private practice since 1991 and is affiliated with North Shore University Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. Haber received his medical degree in 1985 from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed his neurology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1989 followed by a behavioral neurology fellowship completed in 1990 and an epileptology fellowship completed in 1991. He treats all neurological conditions including headaches, cognitive issues, neuropathic pain, dementia, seizures, movement disorders, weakness, numbness and muscular skeletal pain. Diagnostic testing is also performed in his office which includes EMG/NCV , EEGs, evoked potentials and carotid dopplers.
