If you have a chronic illness and they have no idea what dermatomayositis is?!! Don’t waste your time. Not sure what sketchy individuals they have tended to? I can hear them talking about my condition in the !room next to me. More happened but I am being nice! DO NOT COME HERE

Dr. Hayward Eubanks took great care of me. I came in with terrible tonsil problems and he prescribed meds that helped right away. When that wasnt enough he did my tonsillectomy and everything went smooth. The recovery was easier than I expected thanks to his clear instructions. Dr. Eubanks is straight up the best ENT I’ve seen. I was dealing with this bad ringing in my ears and muffled hearing that was driving me crazy no other doctor could figure it out. He listened, ran some tests, and got right to the problem. After treatment, my hearing is way better and the ringing is basically gone. Dude knows his stuff and actually cares. If you got ear issues, go see him. He’s great.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM and arrived early at 2:00 PM, only to be informed after checking in that I would not actually be seeing the doctor in person. Instead, I was told I would be speaking with the physician over the phone. This was never communicated to me when the appointment was scheduled or confirmed. Had I been informed in advance that it was going to be a phone consultation, I would not have wasted my time driving to the office, finding parking, and checking in. This lack of communication shows a disregard for patients’ time. If an appointment is being changed from an in-person visit to a phone consultation, patients deserve to be notified beforehand so they can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the office’s communication and professionalism.

I went to Dr Eubanks for a badly broken nose after a fall that left my nasal bones fractured and misaligned causing constant congestion severe sinus infections trouble breathing during exercise and even changes to my appearance that bothered me every day. He was incredibly thorough in the exam explained all the imaging results clearly and performed a precise septorhinoplasty that corrected the fracture restored proper alignment and fixed my breathing issues completely. The surgery was smooth my recovery was easier than I imagined with great pain management and follow up visits that ensured everything healed perfectly. I now breathe freely sleep better and feel confident again thanks to his expert care. I cannot believe how much I suffered before seeing Dr Eubanks. I went to THREE other ENT doctors. They either took my insurance and did almost nothing (so frustrating) or completely missed what was wrong with me. Oh my goodness the pain and pressure in my head was nonstop. I felt so hopeless and alone with it all. Dr Eubanks is my LIFESAVER. Thank you Dr Eubanks and all the wonderful nurses who were so kind. You all gave me my life back. I am so grateful. The first comment..."you know the doctor isn't here until 5:00 PM". Then why in the world would you schedule me and book an appointment for 3:00 in the afternoon? And that was rescheduled from 9:00AM. If you book an appointment, you expect to see the doctor...not be told he doesn't even get there until 5:00 PM. The office was loud and staff yelling to each other to clean exam rooms. I was seen by a PA which was fine but the overall experience was lacking for sure.

I booked an apt with the ENT and it was confirmed but then the ENT wasn't there? The staff was very nice and did what they could but it honestly seems like a ZocDocs problem not the place. I don't know why it would allow me to make an appointment AND confirm it when the doctor wasn't there.
