My approach to therapy is guided by the firm belief that the strength of the therapist-client relationship is the most important element of successful
treatment. I see productive and rewarding work as emanating from a dynamic collaboration between myself and my clients. My goal is to help every client live a life that is more fulfilling.
I have trained in adult psychodynamic psychotherapy at The Training Institute for Mental Health and in child and adolescent relational psychotherapy at The National Institute for the Psychotherapies. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a graduate degree from Hunter College.
I have experience in working with people across the age spectrum with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, loss and grief, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, stress management, sexuality and gender and professional and academic/learning challenges.
