They said they accepted my insurance, when I got there they said they DIDN’T accept it, huge waste of time. They emailed a 9:30 confirmation. The day before my appointment they emailed me with a 10:30 appointment confirmation. They obviously don’t know what they are doing!

Few times in my life have a met a doctor that when they see that you understand your conditions and medical awareness, do they skip the first starting questions and got to the possible solutions or treatments that could help. Very kind, very patient, the appointment didn't feel rushed and she didn't try to force any medications onto me.
