Scheduled a much needed appointment to only get a message an hour before that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. No apology for the short notice and when I asked if there was any other appointments avaialble that day, it was late in the afternoon when the office responded but without offering an alternate appointment.

It’s not easy to find someone to talk to. I’ve had other therapists shove statistics and innuendos in my face and it didn’t help.
