My insurance was not accepted by the provider. I was not made aware of this until I received a large bill after my second visit. I attempted to contact the provider via phone and email to discuss the bill and never received a call back or a message. Instead, the credit card that he had on file was then charged the entire bill amount. This is poor customer service on every front. I should've been informed up front that my insurance was not accepted. I also should've received a call back or even a message to discuss the bill.
