Our medical center is staffed with experienced Primary Care Physicians and Specialists. They are supported by certified medical assistants and professional front desk personal.
We offer on-site phlebotomy, EKG, Point-of-Care Testing (flu, RSV, Covid-19, Strep), remote patient monitoring and diagnostic imaging which include 3D mammography, high-resolution ultrasound testing, digital X-ray, and DEXA scanning.
Our physicians manage chronic conditions, provide acute care, annual physicals, GYN care, integrate holistic/life-style management into treatment plans, offer HRT/BHRT/TRT, perform small procedures and provide high-quality referrals.
We offer same and next-day appointments, accept all major insurance plans, CareCredit and have affordable self-pay rates.
For uninsured patients who want access to unlimited primary care services we offer membership plans that start at just $75/month, which include:

I was absolutely blown away by how great Dr. Fischer and the staff efficiently handled all my needs today. Dr. Fischer was so thorough and had such a nice bedside manner. The office was beautiful. They offer a payment deal that makes their services much more affordable for people who don’t have insurance. I’m switching my business to this office. I already called my old office and told them I’m switching. I also love the app that I can use to communicate with this office. I am just so impressed with them!

Dr Fischer has excellent bedside manner. Answered all questions, nothing was rushed. Very professional and would highly recommend him for anybody.
However his staff dropped the ball several times on medication issues. Over 2 hours was wasted on a lie that medication was approved and they did their part. My mother suffered another 24 hrs due to their negligence on a simple phone call. Not impressed with the intake personnel at the office. I will ponder if I search for a new Primary Care physician.
As I previously stated Dr Fischer was excellent, his staff left a bad taste in my mouth.
