Provider was timely, knowledgeable, and caring. She limited her interruptions to listen to the patient in order to maximize her understanding of the condition and allow the patient to feel heard. This is hard to come by nowadays and was greatly appreciated.

On zoc doc it said NP- dermatology consult. When I got on she said she would refer me to a dermatologist. What’s the point in zoc doc listing her as derm specialty. Waste of time when I could have gone to another dr.

Dr. Uma Gumakapor is FABULOUS!
My ALL-TIME FAVORITE DR.! She has been a true answer to my: hopes, dreams, and most certainly, my prayers.
What I have in Dr. Uma is a very: calm, even-keeled professional. She has accepted myself as a patient knowing I have a "way-above average" set of conditions with a broad spectrum of attention and needs, which she has very thoroughly and attentively accepted and delved into creating my treatment plans.

"EXTREMELY professional, efficient, she actually listened to me, I DID NOT FEEL RUSHED AS USUAL, where you have to talk fast, choose the quicker answer, etc...Dr. G seem to really care about my specific needs, which feels AMAZING! THANK YOU DR. G!

The patient teli-visit over the phone was most helpful and convenient. I was very sick on a Saturday and the ease of a phone visit was productive & wonderful. I, a nurse of 21 years found Dr. Uma Gopakumar, DMP professional, thorough in her questionnaire of my overall symptoms that I was experiencing. Here RX prescribed and lab & chest x-ray inline with the symptoms presenting. She was a good listener, kind & I highly recommend her to my family and friends.

In all my years of going to different providers, I have never felt so entrusting towards a provider than I have with Uma.
