Loved my experience here. Got a deep cleaning, first time in 3 years :O. They numbed me painlessly and finished up the job very quickly. The appointment reminder texts were amazing. Dr. Ramezani was helpful and so sweet! They do almost everything in the book, right now I’m getting my Invisalign set up, they did a quick 5 minute scan of my teeth to get me going.

I hate the dentist like poison - but I very much appreciated Dr. Ramezani's approach. I always thought Invisalign was just for cosmetic reasons, so imagine my surprise when I went in for my routine dental cleaning and exam and learned otherwise. During my visit, Dr. Ramezani at Plaza Dental showed me a scan of my teeth and explained the problems caused by crooked and uneven teeth. I was shocked to discover that misaligned teeth can actually lead to more serious issues like tooth breakage, cavities, and even gum disease.

I used to be terrified of the dentist, to the point where it was the last place I would ever go. That all changed when I had a terrible dental ache that kept me up at night.
To my surprise, Dr. Ramezani went above and beyond. After a quick visual exam, she numbed the area so I wouldn’t be in pain while they properly evaluated the problem. I can’t tell you how relieved and thankful I was to finally be out of pain.
Since that visit, I’ve been going to Plaza Dental regularly for all my dental work, and I don’t even know why I was scared before! These days, I’m so relaxed during my appointments that I usually just sleep through them. I can't express how grateful I am to Dr. Ramezani at Plaza Dental! For a long time, I struggled with ringing in my left ear at different times of the day and sharp, persistent pain that wouldn’t go away. Despite all the medical tests I went through, no one could find the root cause. Then, a friend suggested I see Dr. Ramezani, and it turned out to be the best advice I ever received.
The moment I explained my symptoms to Dr. Ramezani, her first question was, “Do you feel any ringing in your ear?” I was surprised by her insight. She quickly diagnosed my problem as being related to TMJ, the joint connecting my upper jaw to my lower jaw. With just a few exercises and an orthotic appliance, I’ve been pain-free for three weeks now!
I never imagined my ear pain could be related to my jaw, but Dr. Ramezani’s expertise made all the difference. I’m beyond thankful and relieved to have found such a knowledgeable and caring dentist.

I had been suffering from sharp, random pain in my left ear for some time. Despite numerous tests and visits to various physicians, no one could pinpoint the cause. I was even told that I might have to live with the pain until it could be diagnosed. Then, during a routine dental exam, Dr. Ramezani noticed symptoms of TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder) caused by severe grinding. She immediately recommended a treatment plan that included exercises, hot and cold compresses, and an orthotic appliance. The difference has been life-changing. By simply following her instructions, wearing the orthotic appliance, and receiving a therapeutic Botox injection, my pain has drastically reduced. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Ramezani and the team at Plaza Dental for their expertise and care.

I am beyond thrilled with my experience at Plaza Dental ! I recently got NO PREPARATION VENEERS, and I have to say, I’m absolutely amazed! I had never heard of no-prep veneers before, but after learning about them from Dr. Ramezani, I was very excited to try them out.
The entire process was quick, painless, and the results are stunning. I can’t believe how natural and beautiful my smile looks now, without any drilling or significant alterations to my natural teeth. It’s incredible that such an option even exists!
Dr. Ramezani and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The level of care and expertise they demonstrated was top-notch.

I had a snag w/ my insurance. It was not clearly stated they were under a different pay scale when I booked the appointment. Learning lesson, always to confirm those things BEFORE any services are rendered. I'm covered 100% PPO but I had some out of pocket costs that were beyond what I was expecting to pay. A bummer, they seemed nice but ruined experience for me tbh.

Plaza dental is the best. I have terrible teeth, but after seeing the dentist they are turning my terrible teeth into amazing teeth. They kept me calm. Everyone at plaza dental is just so welcoming and happy. Won't be going anywhere else from this point on. Thank you

I had a great visit with the doctor and their team. Very thorough and informative. I was seated fairly quickly but had about a half hour wait between my initial X-rays and the cleaning. That was probably the most frustrating thing since I expected the cleaning to occur right after.
The front desk providing me with great directions to the office and I’ll be back!

I had a great 1st time experience at the clinic my hygenist was good and explained my concerns and helped me understand what next steps clearly.
Although I'd say I haven't been contacted for follow-up visit and it seems like being ghosted. Hopefully, they have a good reason for not getting back on my next visit.

Dr. Ramezani is the best that there is. Her bedside manner is great. She really takes her time to listen and explain everything which is important since dentist can be a bit scary! I felt calm once she started and she was so gentle that I didn't feel anything the whole entire time she worked on me. Her office is super clean and they take covid precautions very seriously. Office staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

I don’t recommend this place. I went for my regular dental cleaning and at the end, they gave a huge list of items to “fix” and charged my insurance for a cleaning that was not authorized.

I was not looking forward to writing this review because the dental hygienist and the dentist were truly wonderful and super knowledgeable. But I feel like I should warn people that the appointment took upwards of 3 hours, the office is in a really weird location that is hard to find and the parking situation is super inconvenient. I went in for my annual cleaning and I was there for upwards of 3 hours. The cleaning itself was a fraction of that time - maybe 20 minutes - but the hygienist and dentist spent so much time walking me through every single xray and every single tooth when there was really no need to — it was a routine cleaning. Even the coordinator at the end of my visit took forever to finish. The office location is extremely hard to find — the receptionist had to walk me through it — and the parking situation was complicated too. I even had to pay for parking because they only validate it for 2 hours (but they keep you there longer!) I understand that everything moves slower during COVID but this was excruciating and as much as I loved the dentist and the hygienist, I can’t submit myself to this experience every single time. I hope they make changes to make the experience more tolerable.

Her and every single person I came across in this office was so incredibly friendly and welcoming! This was genuinely the best experience I've had at the dentist.. Everyone was super kind and COVID friendly; I went in to have chipped teeth fixed & was able to also have my cleaning done the same day (2 birds, 1 stone)! I cannot express how friendly & informative both the dentist and hygienist were; I have never had an appointment where they showed my my own x-rays, pointed out issues they were seeing and made sure that I understood how to better take care of my teeth so there will *hopefully* be no issues in the future. After my checkup was done, the woman in the scheduling office was super awesome as well! If you want to go to a dentist/hygienist/team of people that cares about their patients and has your best interest in mind, this is the place for you

I ended up seeing a different dentist at the Plaza Dental facilities than who I booked with initially due to scheduling, but it was an excellent experience! Rae, the hygienist, was friendly, informative, and efficient, and the rest of the staff was all lovely. The office is taking COVID precautions very seriously, as well. Highly recommend this practice!

I was blown away. Crystal, the hygienist was supercool. She gave me a tour of the office. It was super clean. They make even their own crowns. They even got pictures of my teeth and showed me the cavities. SUPER GROSS. And Dr. Ramezani explained things about the pain on the side of my face that I did not even think any dentist would know. She did a simple test to show me how we can treat the pain. A very informative visit to say the least.

I was hesitant to have my wisdom teeth pulled (all 4) and get top & bottom braces with a roof spacer to realign everything. Looking at x-rays for two years in a row proved that I needed to get it done. I'm so glad that I did because it changed my bite, smile and addressed my teeth grinding at night too. Everyone has noticed and commented on my smile and teeth. Dentist Dr. Ramezani is a true professional along with the entire office staff. The investment of time and money was well worth it and beyond!
