I scheduled an appointment through the platform and went to the office address that was listed. Shortly before my appointment, I received an email about an intake link that I had not received. When I arrived, the office was closed, and I was told I should not have come because appointments on Thursdays were virtual. I found the appointment instructions unclear, and the experience was especially upsetting because I was seeking help for anxiety. I hope the scheduling process and communication can be made clearer so others don’t have a similar experience.
