Randy was so helpful, she really listened to my needs and I didn't feel rushed at all. I will continue to see her for my treatment and I highly recommend her! I also love that I can go see her in person now too, her office is beautiful and right by my apartment... plus, I like to go shopping and lunch after my appointments since it's right in the Quarter!

Dr. Kauk is always on time with her video appointments. She listens to your problems then offers suggestions so you could implement them. She is on point with her decisions and if you have any problems you just e-mail her assistant and she usually gets back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
She gives you specific instructions which are easy to follow and backs them up with sending you an e-mail so you could follow easily.
