She did great then told me she would send me meds and never sent anything over . So I guess originally she was great then didn’t do anything she said she would do and hasn’t replied to me in 2 days and never got my medication sent to the pharmacy

I loved my visit. This provider listened to me, asked questions, and got referrals right away. Even better- when I followed up with the providers referred to- she had done all the paperwork to make my visit with those referrals so smooth and non-complicated. The provider was extremely rude. When I got to the appointment, the provider stated that they had me scheduled for a sick visit but my appointment was supposed to be for a new patient visit. The provider changed my visit type so they didn’t have to see me for what I scheduled! When questioned about it, they were extremely rude and would not listen even when I told them I had email confirmations. And they even tried to charge me a cancellation fee! Only when I showed them proof did they admit they changed the appointment and stated they would remove the fee.
