The office was extremely friendly. I was unaware of the exact vision insurance I had, and the front desk staff patiently helped me figure it out. The doctor listened to my complaints, and was able to help with said issues. I will be returning to this location again.

They’re crooks. How can they not know that certain Medicaid programs cover ALL AND EVERY replacement?? Not just one time. This means they’re making people pay for replacements OUT OF POCKET!! They make you pay for things either you don’t need or decline repeatedly. They lie and tell you they ordered replacements and when you call them about it they don’t know what you’re talking about. Dr Limu will literally call you and have a screaming match very unprofessional and argumentative. I couldn’t believe she called me and talked to me that way!! HORRIBLE WOMAN!!

A very nice Doctor. She helped my son who had an eye infection. The staff was friendly and professional. However, I think they are primarily interested in selling eyeglasses. This is my opinion. The glasses are very nice. The Doctor gave a thorough examination for my son. She explained everything and was kind, but eyeglasses seemed a top priority. He did need glasses, but they were so expensive.

The doctor was great.
The people who work at this office, however, are either bad listeners, bad communicators, bad at their jobs, or trying to deceive customers into paying for things they have no need for.
Over 5 weeks ago, I ordered "flex-on" lenses. 2 weeks went by with no update, and I was told they arrived damaged and would be in soon. Another 2 weeks went by with no one calling me. When they finally arrived this weekend and I went to pick them up today, I was shocked when the cashier showed me visibly dark lenses that appeared to be sunglasses. It was explained to me that these were "transition" lenses - something I never wanted or needed - and more importantly, this was never discussed with me when I was trying on the frames.
So, this was either a mistake on the part of the staff, or I was deceived. But when I asked them for a full refund, I WAS REFUSED and told to leave the store. The staff was rude and refused to fix their mistake. I wish I had more room for this review.

I had quite an unpleasant experience at this office, which is unfortunate
because the doctor herself was wonderful. Very attentive, clear, and thorough. The office staff, on the other hand… When I arrived there was a charge for my exam that I did not expect. It turned out to be due to a change in my insurance, but one of the workers — not even the one who was helping me, someone else — took offense at my confusion and was very confrontational. After the exam, they tried to push some expensive glasses on me, which I understand, but the second I made clear that I just wanted my prescription, they became so short with me and didn’t bother hiding their disdain that I wasn’t buying glasses. Then I realized that the person who was helping me at first left my license and insurance card on the scanner. If I hadn’t noticed when I went to pay, I never would have gotten those important docs back. I hope for the doctor’s sake that she gets better people in customer-facing positions.

I was the only patient there. The machines were not clean. Where they asked me to put my chin, it was dirty. The front desk didn’t even realize the machine wasn’t on. After the doctor checked my eyes, I was asked to see the glasses. The lady seemed annoyed that I didn’t want anything and she didn’t let me keep a copy of my own prescription. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Went in for my first eye appt with a NYC provider and it was a fantastic experience. Dr. Ahmed was incredibly nice, answered all my questions, and was incredibly helpful in giving me clear, understandable explanations to my questions. Her staff was also very welcoming and nice -- they even helped me choose my new glasses!

Had a good experience with the doctor. She was very friendly and shared some great insight to continue and support my eye care. Nice office. I was not too happy that my co-payment was much higher than it was suppose to be because pictures of my eye were taken but I wasn’t aware this was an extra charge. I came for an annual routine eye exam so I think it is considerate to let the patients know any additional services being performed will be extra. You can just ask the patient or share if it is needed. I’m not so much disappointed about the extra charge but the fact that I wasn’t notified about the extra charge because I came in the office with a set fee in mind. This should be shared with the patient. Having a picture of my eyes is something I am thinking is apart of the routine exam. I was not okay with it being an additional fee and would bring my cost more than I was intended to pay. Something to note for future patients.

I was relieved to find Dr. Ahmed on Zoc Doc as it can be difficult to find providers who accept GVS. She had immediate availabilities and while the office was quite far from us, I felt it was worth it because of these factors and her other reviews. I was so pleased with Dr. Ahmed's careful attention, that she explained everything that she was doing, showed me what she was seeing on screen. The equipment was modern, the office warm and clean as were the staff working at Super Vision. I never felt like I was being upsold. I was given full and honest information and what was covered by my insurance was transparently explained to me. I could not be more thrilled with my visit and am excited for my new glasses. The rest of my family will be back in a few weeks for their annual eye exams.

After the appointment was over and the eye examinations were all done, I was sure of exactly what I needed, which was glasses! Didn't have to wait long to see her. 10-15 minutes max.
