Doctor was a NO SHOW for our second session. I never heard from her or her office about her missing our appointment. I called to inform her that I was there and she was not. It’s very unprofessional to just not call back at all. I was still charged for the second session which she never showed up to. I’m very unpleased and disappointed. I at least expected a phone call with an explanation. It’s been 2 and a half weeks now and still no response.

Everything about my experience with the actual provider was wonderful (so far, after first visit.) Zocdoc however- going on 3 times, I was given different "in network" providers each time (and the the first few ended up not being) then this appointment was scheduled on Zocdoc without consulting the provider's schedule, so she called me yesterday with a new time, then I got an automated call this morning, and an email, with yet a different time- but when I called her, we were able to stick with the time we discussed- so again- she has been great, but all the automated stuff needs a LOT of work.
