Waited an hour and Noone ever joined the video visit. Called the office and just got a generic voicemail and never received a call back. This doctor should be taken off.the list!

logged onto appointment and waited for 10 min no one was there . When I contacted customer service through chat they tried to help me find a different provider but suggested the same one that just didn’t show. I used a diff service. Will not use this anymore
