Trustpoint Primary and Urgent Care
We at present are a cash only practice. We can only treat patients who are physically located in Florida, Colorado, Massachusetts and Iowa at this time.* Initial Visit Fee is 95.00. Existing patients the fee is 65.00 or less depending on the visit reason. Please note we do not prescribe Controlled substances of any kind in virtual visits. If your condition requires these medications do not book with us. Sorry for any inconvenience
When you book with us you will receive registration forms from our EHR Myriad health systems to register for your appointment. Please complete them as soon as possible so we can help you without using your scheduled time.
If you have insurance, can bill as Out of network and can apply the visit fee towards your deductible. However, you still are responsible for the visit fee at time of service
At Trust Point Primary Care, our mission is to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community whenever you need them. We are committed to promoting wellness and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. No longer will you need to take a day off from work or miss a day of school to see the provider. Don't have insurance? No problem! We offer sliding scale payment options and care credit. We require a copy of your Photo ID to see you, and you must include your address in the forms. No Show and late cancellation will incur a 45.00$ fee that will be invoiced and collected. Please do not book with us if you do not plan to attend your visit.

Doctor Estabrook was great she spent lots of time with me answering questions in-depth and cares about over all help. I’ve always had to go to urgent cares not getting the primary care I needed because of creating with work. Having an after hours primary not just urgent care is great.

After experiencing congestion while at work, I used Zocdoc to find Ruthmary Estabrook, FNP, ANP, and scheduled an appointment. I was seen promptly, and she was very knowledgeable about my condition. What stood out most was that she didn’t rush to prescribe medication; instead, she took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms. She was attentive, provided excellent care, and even followed up with a call to check on how I was feeling. She never rushed the appointment and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I later returned for another visit and received the same level of care. I highly recommend Ruthmary Estabrook, FNP, ANP.

I needed to see someone ASAP due to my health and she was so helpful and heard me out on everything i was going through. She offered her personal advice to help as well as walked me through her plan of action with the prescriptions and how they would help me. She was great in communication and follow up to ensure I got the medicine I needed as well as how the medicine was going post visit.

Ms. Estabrook was very kind and patient and took the time to fully understand my concerns and history. Unlike other providers, I did not feel brushed off or minimized. I really liked the way that she explained things and made sure that all of my questions were answered and issues addressed I highly recommend her as a primary care provider. I have rarely ever revived the same respect and empathy from a doctor and I am so glad I saw an NP with her background and experience.

One of the things I value most is a provider who listens and one who takes the time to provide care. Nurse Practitioner Dr. Estabrook is that kind of provider. She takes the time to listen and to discuss treatment options. With the way healthcare has changed over the last few years, it is reassuring to know there are still providers like Dr. Estabrook who love what she does and she genuinely cares. I referred my friends to Dr. Estabrook, and they all had similar feedback. They trust her with their care, and I trust her with my care.
