My appointment was at 10:30 at 11:00 I asked the receptionist how long the wait was going to be because I had somewhere to be by 1. She said it was going to be another 10-15 min wait because they had an emergency patient in front of me. They should’ve said that while was waiting in the lobby I waited for 30 mins and I had to reschedule. The communication was off

I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Zakaria and the entire dental team. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient.
What really stood out to me was Dr. Zakariza's outstanding listening skills. He took the time to understand my concerns, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt informed and at ease throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a provider who combines technical excellence with such genuine care and attentiveness.
I highly recommend Dr. Zakaria to anyone looking for a dentist who truly listens, provides excellent care, and treats you with respect and compassion. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!

I highly recommend that this practice deconstruct its processes and retrain their entire staff- including the dentist. The front desk assistant needs more help and the ability to multitask by getting insurance billing done WHILE a patient is getting cleaned. I came in as a new patient and after 75 mins into my visit, they told me they were unable to do my 6-month cleaning (since time was used to run my insurance to get my to pay for additional services outside of a cleaning). So basically I drove 30 mins and sat for 75 mins and only got x-rays. The lack of organization and patient etiquette was extremely alarming. This is not a practice I would revisit. I actually wish I could have my co-pay returned. I usually don’t submit reviews but this was needed. The best part of the experience was the dentist assistant that served me was kind and patient. But the dentist needs a whole communication class of being patient, attentive, and thorough.
