At VitalHealth–Prosper, we provide personalized, integrative care with a focus on preventive primary care, medical weight loss not limited to but including GLP-1s (semaglutide, tirzapetide), lifestyle and wellness.
Weight loss consultations (SELF-PAY ONLY $100). For medications including GLP-1s, please check with your specific insurance policy about coverage and required prior authorization.

I came in for my B12 shot and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the bedside manner made me feel very comfortable. I also did a body mass composition, and Tejiri took the time to break down where I am physically and explained, in plain English, how I can achieve my health goals. Oh my goodness. I had such an amazing experience with Tejiri, she was able to answer all my questions. As a fitness coach it was important for me to know the differences between the shots they offer and how I could also recommend them to my clients. She provided a thorough explanation and the process was pretty quick. I got the B12 shot and tried the “Skinny shot” and my energy level was almost instant. It’s been a week since my last appointment and I must say it held me through, I was not as tired as I normally would be and I am looking forward to getting another vitamin B12 shot again.
