VitalHealth Wellness is a telehealth practice providing personalized, evidence-based care focused on prevention, wellness, weight management, hormone optimization, and healthy aging. We take the time to understand your health concerns, review your goals, and create individualized treatment plans designed to help you feel your best.
Our services include:
* Medical weight management, including GLP-1 therapies (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and other evidence-based treatment options).
* Preventive health and wellness care
* Limited annual wellness and preventive visits
* Hormone optimization for women and men
* Perimenopause and menopause evaluation and management
* Testosterone replacement therapy for men
* Metabolic health and longevity-focused care
* Comprehensive laboratory review and personalized treatment plans
* Limited primary care for common acute illnesses and chronic condition follow-up
* Minor sick visits (such as upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, allergies, and other non-emergency concerns)
* Medication management and follow-up care
Weight loss consultations: For medications including GLP-1s, Please verify your prescription coverage and any prior authorization requirements with your insurance provider before your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you need to cancel, reschedule/change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
All appointments are conducted securely via telehealth, allowing you to receive high-quality care from the comfort of your home anywhere in Texas.

Per our cancellation policy, missed appointments without notice may result in a $50 no-show/cancellation fee. If there was an emergency or unexpected situation, please let us know so we can update your record.

I came in for my B12 shot and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the bedside manner made me feel very comfortable. I also did a body mass composition, and Tejiri took the time to break down where I am physically and explained, in plain English, how I can achieve my health goals. I really appreciated the clarity and attention to detail. To top it off, I left with a nice cold free refreshment. Overall, professional, welcoming, and highly recommended!

Oh my goodness. I had such an amazing experience with Tejiri, she was able to answer all my questions. As a fitness coach it was important for me to know the differences between the shots they offer and how I could also recommend them to my clients. She provided a thorough explanation and the process was pretty quick. I got the B12 shot and tried the “Skinny shot” and my energy level was almost instant. It’s been a week since my last appointment and I must say it held me through, I was not as tired as I normally would be and I am looking forward to getting another vitamin B12 shot again.
