Well I felt this provider was very judgmental Towards me due to me having the inability to pay the full amount of my coinsurance which I was unaware of at the time when service was render she accuse me of being rude and argumentative towards her staff and that’s not true I was only trying to have effective communication in regards to my medication being adjusted i felt she wasn’t attentive to my needs.

Dr. Thompson had amazing bedside manner. The visit was efficient and she was personable and I felt like she listened to me. The whole staff at the office - front desk and nurses also - were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. I was worried about finding a primary care physician but I know I’ve found mine now.

The doctor did a comprehensive annual checkup for my son with some nice touches like letting him listen to his own heartbeat on the stethoscope - he really liked that! The doctor and front desk staff were all great.
