I tried booking an appointment but was never seen. When I booked the appointment it was always rescheduled to a new time by the provider, despite the time I booked being listed as available. When I would try to reschedule it back to a time I was available, they would reschedule it again. Once I finally accepted the (inconvenient) time they gave me, they never reached out with how to join my video appointment. The number for the office is a generic call line to purchase hearing aids with no option to speak to the office. I had to call the Zocdoc help line and they finally put me in contact with the office, which seemed to not understand my problem and just wanted to sell me hearing aids rather than give me the appointment I scheduled. I was never seen and they just took my contact info to allegedly reach out again, which they have not. I will not be using this provider’s services, nor Zocdoc again.

I made an appointment earlier in the week on Monday so I was pleased to get it on Friday. I received an email letting me know of my scheduled appointment. My appointment was rescheduled by the Dr.
on the day of my appointment I went on the zocdoc app and was trying to figure out how to connect and couldn’t figure out how to connect to the video visit. Or how to even get a hold of the Dr. or the Dr.s office? Being that it’s Friday I spent an hour and figured there was no reason to bother it’s Friday and I wasnt going to get anywhere unfortunately anyways.
I need someone to contact me as this appointment is crucial for me at this time and I need to know what’s up? I also look forward to becoming a patient of Dr. Emily Finley audiologist.
I have a rescheduled appointment for Monday? At 10:00 am. So I look forward to actually being able to see the Dr. and hearing from someone in the office prior to my appointment.
