Amy N. Bryson FNP of Your Wellness Path in Dover Plains, NY, is a functional medicine clinic designed to bring healthcare back to what it should be, personal, accessible, and centered around you. We offer membership-based primary care, same- and next-day appointments, extended visits, and transparent pricing with no surprise bills. Patients enjoy direct access to their provider, in-house lab services, discounted medications from our private pharmacy, and compassionate, whole-person care. We also provide MCAS optimization and Healing from the Root Cause optimization plans. These were designed for patients who will require more time and coordination at initiation. Hormone patients and autoimmune patients will get started in the Healing from the Root Cause plan. MCAS patients, patients who are not diagnosed MCAS but have many symptoms of MCAS, have parts of the trifecta (or more) issues, we start with the MCAS Optimization. We work on getting a clearer diagnosis (if possible, we realize testing is not always accurate). We also work on the variety of options for MCAS stabilization as well as care coordination with specialists for all the co-conditions. Once optimized we can move you to the basic plans. In addition to comprehensive primary and specialized care, Your Wellness Path offers a full suite of aesthetic and regenerative services, including facials, microneedling, PRP therapies, exosomes, Xeomin, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare, IV therapy, and wellness optimization. We blend functional medicine with evidence-based aesthetics to support confidence, resilience, and total wellbeing. Whether you’re seeking a long-term healthcare partner, personalized hormone balancing, metabolic support, skin rejuvenation, or preventive care, Your Wellness Path provides a warm, inclusive environment where every visit feels unhurried and meaningful. Which plan will work for you? - Have symptoms but get told 'you're fine', 'it's just stress'? - Labs are always 'normal', but you don't feel that way? - Need Hormone Replacement Therapy? - Have a known autoimmune condition? - Have a suspected autoimmune that needs optimization so you can get your life back? - Sick of not being heard? We will start you on the Healing from the Root Cause program then once optimized will convert you to basic DPC for continued follow-up Have MCAS or any of the trifecta (or multiple other co-conditions)? We will get you on the MCAS optimization. Once stabilized and require less appointments, we can change you to the base membership. Medication and Food trials - need to be in the MCAS Optimization plan. We will do controlled trials of medications and foods as deemed appropriate. Pricing: Direct Primary Care - $150 for initial visit & $100/ month membership, cancel anytime. MCAS Optimization - $199 for the initial visit & $150/month, cancel anytime Healing from the Root Cause - $199 for the initial visit and $150/month Controlled Exposure testing - $99/item. This can be done in 1 - 3 trials per item for a flat rate. Testing done in an office setting, supervised by NP and RN with full emergency protocols in place. Aesthetics are priced based on service type and location. Members get the best pricing on this. IV therapy is priced based on the type of IV therapy required. Members get the best pricing on this.
