Zocdoc Video Services is supported on desktop and mobile for patients; it is a better experience for providers on desktop.
Should I use a specific browser?
We recommend using Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers. Zocdoc Video Services is not supported on Internet Explorer.
Patients can also use the Zocdoc app but can attend a video visit without it.
How can I use Zocdoc Video Services with patients who don’t book through Zocdoc?
You can send patients a link to your virtual waiting room for their appointment. Patients do not need to have a Zocdoc account or the Zocdoc app to attend a video visit. You can find links to the virtual waiting rooms for all providers at your practice by navigating to the Video Visits tab of your Zocdoc account and selecting Copy URL next to the provider’s name and photo.
Does Zocdoc Video Service support multiple patients in one session?
Yes. When you log into your virtual waiting room, you will see all of the patients who have joined the virtual appointment and will be able to admit them.
Are video visits recorded through Zocdoc Video Service?
No. Appointments conducted through Zocdoc Video Service are not recorded.
