How do providers join a video visit on Zocdoc Video Service?

Log into your Zocdoc account.

New video visit appointments will appear in your account’s Inbox and on your calendar. Note: Patients who book through Zocdoc will get automated reminders with the link to your virtual waiting room. You will need to send the link to your virtual waiting room to patients who did not book through Zocdoc.

You will receive reminders for the appointment with a link to your virtual waiting room.

Access your virtual waiting room at the time of the appointment by clicking Join video visit on the patient’s appointment card. You can also join through the Video Visit tab in your Zocdoc account—just click Go to waiting room next to your name.

Click Start video visit next to the patient’s name in your virtual waiting room to begin the video visit.

Click the red phone icon to end your video visit.
