Partner reviews are collected by independent third-party survey providers (like Press Ganey), who specialize in patient feedback and take steps to only solicit reviews from real patients. Partner reviews are clearly designated with their source, and we moderate all partner reviews for compliance with Zocdoc guidelines.
We include partner reviews for some providers. This is part of our effort to help providers efficiently add reviews to their profile and to provide patients with even more representative information.
Can I select which reviews are pulled from partner sites?
Zocdoc aims to show representative feedback, so you are unable to decide which reviews are pulled from partner sites.
How many reviews are pulled from partner sites?
Zocdoc will post a maximum of 30 reviews from partner sites for select providers.
