Step 1: Open the email from Zocdoc with the subject line of “Finish creating your Zocdoc account.” You should get this email 1-2 minutes after completing the sign-up process so check your spam or junk folder if the email isn't in your inbox. If you still can't find the email, contact Zocdoc.
Step 2: Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set up your Zocdoc password. Note that the link expires one hour after the email is sent. If you click the link after it has expired, you'll be automatically sent another email with a new link. Make sure to follow the password requirements listed!
