I joined Zocdoc over a year ago, and I’ve loved my experiences here! As a product manager, I’ve felt empowered to drive product decisions based on analytics and user research. We ran a series of experiments to improve patient appointment quality earlier this year. Through regularly scheduled business review meetings, I was also able to share our learnings with stakeholders and executives. It’s been truly rewarding to collaborate with the team to build towards our mission of creating a better healthcare experience.
