Account Manager

Zocdoc is looking for an Account Manager to join our Local Sales team at our NYC office! In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts to strengthen and expand our partnerships, and help our clients provide a better healthcare experience for their patients. This position is for entrepreneurial self-starters with experience managing multiple accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strategic relationships with existing clients by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Develop strategic growth plans for clients and show ability to prioritize account book based on potential
  • Prepare for and lead regular business review discussions with decision makers/executive teams
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying growth opportunities with clients
  • Collaborate with an interdepartmental team of engineers, project managers, and sales executives to ensure our clients are set up for success

What’s required:

  • 2-5 years of account management or other client relationship experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively persuade with exceptional written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Proven process driven approach to managing client relationships
  • Passionate about healthcare and/or SaaS/consumer technology
  • Ability to work in a scrappy, high-energy, start-up environment
  • Salesforce.com experience for CRM management required for this role
