If so, this just might be the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a talented and dynamic SDR Manager ready to build and manage a high performing team. As an SDR Manager, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals who are motivated to help our clients solve patient access problems and ultimately provide a better healthcare experience for their patients.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage a sales team to execute against Zocdoc’s local provider growth strategy
  • Coach, mentor, and train SDRs in order to consistently set high-quality meetings with doctors
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Use Salesforce to diagnose and build coaching plans in order to develop talent
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement

Application Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an outbound inside sales environment, ideally with experience as an SDR
  • Leadership experience at your prior sales role as a team lead or manager
