Senior Manager, Provider Acquisition Marketing

We’re building a world class Marketing team at Zocdoc to help grow our health care marketplace. A key member of this team will be the Provider Acquisition Manager who will build and lead a marketing program focused on growing our doctors and practice base across the US.


This individual  will be responsible for driving the operations, performance, and expansion of our provider acquisition program. They will identify, test and scale high potential online and offline growth channels to grow our doctor base. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling SMB demand generation programs at strict ROI and CPA targets, as well as deep experience optimizing b2b web funnels to maximize traffic throughput and conversion rate.


What You’ll Do:

  • Source, test and scale online/offline channels to grow our provider base nationally

  • Work with content and CRM teams to design drip campaigns, nurture flows and landing pages to improve conversion rates

  • Work with Sales and Sales Ops to define segments and score leads

  • Hire and manage channel leads and agencies to maximize channel performance and ensure outstanding campaign execution

  • Direct the development of reporting and attribution systems for proper channel measurement

  • Own channel forecasting, budgets and performance projections for all of provider acquisition

  • Work with Finance and Salesops teams to establish proper CPA targets and ROI/LTV expectations across regions, and provider specialties

  • Effectively communicate results and analysis to relevant stakeholders

  • Maintain transparent and accessible reporting of channel performance


What’s Required:

  • 4 year bachelor degree required preferably with an analytical focus

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience including lead acquisition and nurturing

  • Proven track record of directly managing acquisition budget with outcomes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects, multitask, and manage time efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
