We’re looking for someone ready to re-define the patient experience and revolutionize the healthcare industry as we build a customer service organization from the ground up. If you love speaking with people from all walks of life and problem-solving on a daily basis, this is the place for you.
You will be on the front lines, helping ZocDoc patients to ensure their interactions with our service are simple and seamless. You’re able to think on your feet, communicate with pizzazz, and root out problems like nobody’s business. More than anything, you know how to make people smile.
This is a part time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week – ideal for college students! You will join a group of local service team members, with the opportunity to be working from home.
